–The Paso Robles Youth Arts Foundation has announced the growing return of its in-person, Visual & Performing Arts Program. Kids ages 5–18 can now sign up for up to two free classes each. Online enrollment begins April 10 at pryaf.org/enrollment.

Due to the COVID-19, the center was forced to close its doors to nearly 400 young dancers, musicians, artists, actors, and a staff of 22. It was a long and arduous road back to live classes and the foundation is adding more opportunities back with every new session.

“The creative staff is excited to help students express themselves through piano, ballet, band, acting, songwriting, and much more,” said Emily Jagger, director of development/interim executive director. “Exposing young people to new artforms allows them to find something they are good at, find their voices, and often make like-minded friends at the same time. That newfound passion opens up their worlds and the sky is truly the limit. We are so honored to help students make positive choices, stay in school, and go on to higher education. The youth arts is a special place because the program is open to all students who wish to enroll, and classes are always free. This eliminates financial barriers for families who might be struggling,”
