Trevon Perry.

Trevon Perry.

–On Monday, March 15, friends and family of the late Trevon Perry will gather in for a memorial and remembrance of his disappearance that happened one year ago. The event will begin at 6 p.m., where attendees will meet up in the Paso Robles Walmart parking lot, and then cruise in their cars to City Park in Downtown Paso Robles. The public is encouraged to attend and decorate their cars in honor of Perry.

The group, Justice For Trevon posted the event on Facebook.

The group event description reads:

Monday, March 15 marks the one-year anniversary that Trevon Perry was taken from us at the hands of Nicholas Ron, with the help and support of nearly a dozen enablers.

One minute without the heartbeat of your family feels like a lifetime — imagine going an entire year feeling this loss.

To commemorate the life lost too soon and to show unwavering support for the Perry and Scott families, please join us in a memorial cruise, which will bring Tre’s name loudly to the streets of Paso, ending at the Trevon and Cris’ memorial bench in City Park.

We will meet at the Walmart parking lot at 6 p.m. Decorate your vehicles, bring your joy, and take a moment of your day to pause, reflect, and remember Tre and his abundant life.

We will follow a short route that ends at City Park. We encourage everyone to visit and pay tribute in their own way throughout the day. #TreWayOrNoWay
